My Vision
My vision is to create a safe, welcoming, and creative space where everyone feels valued and included. I strive to ensure my services are accessible and disability-friendly, removing barriers so that Art Therapy can be available to all who need it. I have a special interest in supporting neurodivergent children, celebrating their individuality and strengths while providing opportunities for self-expression, growth, and connection. While this is a key focus, my services are open and welcoming to people of all ages, backgrounds, and experiences.
My Story
I’ve dreamed of becoming an Art Therapist since high school. At the time, the pathway wasn’t clear, but with a lot of determination (and coffee!) I made it happen. Now, I’m a Masters-qualified Art Therapist with two years of professional experience – and I couldn’t be happier doing what I love.

Along the way, life revealed new layers of who I am, which has shaped the way I want to deliver Art Therapy services. I discovered that I live with multiple disabilities, that I am neurodivergent, and I gained a deeper understanding of my own mental health journey. These experiences weren’t just challenges—they became profound sources of insight and empathy. They also reminded me of how important Art Therapy is, especially for people who need different ways of exploring themselves outside of traditional talk therapy.

I’ve experienced firsthand how creative expression can heal, connect, and empower – and that’s exactly what inspired me to start my own practice. I wanted to build a space that’s flexible, inclusive, and welcoming, where everyone—no matter their age, background, or support needs—can feel safe to create, connect, and heal.
